UM | INVENTORY OF SUPPORT AND RESOURCES IN ADOPT-A- SCHOOL PROGRAM

The DepEd Central Office through the External Partnership Service requires the submission of the accomplished Partnership Information Profile. In relation to this, an inventory of support and resources generated in Adopt-A-School Program will be scheduled by the Social Mobilization and Networking Unit on February 7-9, 2018.
School Heads and Adopt-A-School Program Coordinators are expected to prepare the Schools Partnership Data Sheets (SPDS) for the last two years, and shall fill in the form for Partnership Information Profile through this link:
