1 .In order to expedite the selection, recruitment and hiring of personnel, this office will be creating and utilizing a proactive succession database that will identify potential employee candidates who are qualified to handle critical positions in the Division Office.
2. This technology-driven system will assess potential employee candidates as to their qualifications based on the vacant positions and Civil Service Commission standards and provide the necessary training and intervention for personnel development as needed.
3. In view of this, all Division personnel, School Principals, Head Teachers and Master Teachers are advised to submit the attached requirements to the Personnel Office for initial evaluation. Documents must be submitted in two copies and in two separate folders: one original copy and one duplicate (photocopy) for verification purposes.
4. Deadline of the submission of documents is on April 18, 2018 (Wednesday.)
