. Please be informed that there will be a meeting of Adopt-a-School Coordinators on September 2, 2016 at lpm-5pm in the CSDO Conference Hall.

2. The agenda of the meeting are as follows:
a. Acquaintance of school’s ASP Coordinators and revisiting their duties and responsibilities
b. Familiarize with the internal and external assessment tool
c. Develop a naming convention for the Social Mobilization’s data model
d. Scheduling of submission of quarterly reports
e. Discussion of Project STEP (Strengthening Ties with Education Partners)

3. The coordinators are expected to bring a photocopy of their proof of designation as Adopt-a-School Coordinator, and a copy of their submitted internal and external assessment tool.

4. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is hereby directed.
