1. Authority is hereby granted to Mr. Michael M. de Guzman, PSDS – Division Sports Officer (DSO), to conduct an in-person briefing and coordination meeting on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 9:00 am at Dasmarinas II Central Elementary School Library.
2. Participants in this meeting are the selected Athletes, Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Chaperons, Trainers, Selected Technical Officials, Technical Working Group, and SDO Dasmarinas Delegation Officials were included in the division/regional delegation in the 2023 Palarong Pambansa.
3. The items on the agenda are as follows:
a. Indicative Program of Activities for the Participation in 2023 Palarong Pambansa
b. Billeting Quarter for Region IV- A Delegation
c. Different Playing Venues for 2023 Palarong Pambansa
d. Other matters
4. Enclosed hereto is the List of Qualified Athletes, Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Chaperons, Trainers Technical and Delegation Officials to 2023 Palarong Pambansa from SDO Dasmarinas City.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
