1. in 2019, this Division and Grolier International forged a partnership that aims to strengthen the literacy among the learners through a program. titled EduTour: Reading and Learning Drive for the Filipino Youth that supports the different reading and literacy programs in. the 43 public schools in the City. With the changes brought by the COVID-1 9 pandemic in the landscape of public schools in this Division, the program calibrated its strategies and is now set to reach the teachers and the parents to help prepare them in their roles as SY 2020-2021 begins.
