The enrollment procedures in public schools combine all activities involved in the entire enrollment process following guidelines issued by the Department of Education. However, due to the current state of public health state of emergency throughout the Philippines declared by the Office of the President through Executive Order No. 922, the enrollment process for SY 2020-2021 has been modified in accordance with the guidelines on minimum health and safety protocols in the context of COVID-19 giving primary concern to the safety of the learners and the public.
Relative thereto, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Division Monitoring on the conduct of modified enrollment process for SY 2020-2021.
Attached herewith is the Modified Enrollment Process Monitoring Tool and the School Assignment of Division Modified Enrollment Monitoring Team.
Furthermore, all Public Schools District Supervisors and Parent Supervisors are enjoined to exhaust all efforts to monitor the orderly conduct of the modified enrollment process of their cluster.They shall jointly undertake the necessary measures in addressing issues and concerns relative to this undertaking.
