1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 23, s. 2022 titled School- Based Feeding Program SY 2021- 2022 Food and Safety and Quality Checklist and Regional Memorandum No. 310, s. 2022 which is the Reiteration on the Adherence to Food Safety Standards on the Implementation of the School- Based Feeding Program, the School Governance and Operations Division through the Health and Nutrition Unit disseminates the Modified Food Safety and Quality Checklist to ensure the safety, quality and quantity of the commodities being delivered during School- Based Feeding Program implementation.
2. The Modified: School- Based Feeding Program Food Safety and Quality Checklist shall be accomplished by the school coordinators and all findings must be recorded and reported to the Division Focal Person every delivery.
3. Attached are the Food Safety and Quality Checklist and the above-mentioned memoranda for the guidance of the field.
