In addition to the designated Agency Authorized Officer (AAO) and Electronic Remittance File Handler (ERF Handler), the school heads of the following implementing units are instructed to designate one (1) Alternate Agency Authorized Officer:

To perform the functions of the Alternate AAO effectively, it is recommended that the Verifier shall be designated as Alternate AAO. They shall accomplish the following forms (see attached) and submit the scanned (pdf copy) to perla.zapanta@deped.gov.ph on or before June 3, 2022:
- AAO online system form
- Electronic Billing and Collection System (eBCS) form
- Commitment form
- Enhance Personal Accident Insurance (EPAI) form
- Justification letter for assigning personnel with salary below SG-11
- Agency Information Sheet (AIS)
