1. In accordance with DepEd Order No. 2 s. 2015, Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education (DepEd), a mid-year review is prescribed to determine the progress in achieving the individual objectives stated in the Individual Performance Commitment Review Form (IPCRF). Relative to this, a Midyear Performance Review
Activity shall be conducted by the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent on July 29, 2022.
2. The participants to this activity are the OSDS personnel. Please see attached List of Participants for your reference.
3. The orientation proper will be conducted via Zoom Cloud Meeting while the workshop will be held by unit on their respective offices. The participants are advised to prepare the copy of their IPCRF for the workshop. Please see attached Programme/Schedule of Activity for your reference.
4. In relation to this, there will be no transaction on units under OSDS such as Administrative Services, Records Unit, Cash Unit, Personnel Unit, Supply Unit, Budget and Accounting Unit, Legal Unit, and ICT Unit on the said schedule.
