1. Authority is hereby granted to Dr. Emily L. Belanio, Division ELLN Coordinator to conduct a Focus Group Discussion with the School ELLN Coordinators on August 2-3, 2022 at Bulwagang Sigasig. This is in relation to the initial result of the quarterly monitoring and evaluation of ELLN Program conducted to schools.
2. This activity aims to:
– Improve reading and numeracy program implementation;
– Strengthen teachers capability to and assess reading and numeracy skills effectively;
– Improve management, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program.
3. Participants to this activity are the School ELLN Coordinator of 28 Elementary Schools.
4. Teaching personnel involved shall be entitled two days service credit as per DO 53, s. 2003, Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
