1. With reference to DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015 or the “Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education” and Unnumbered Memorandum DM-HROD-2022-1509 re: Instruction on the Submission of the IPCRF of teachers for S Y-2021-2022, this Office informs the field that the submission of accomplished IPCRF of all school-based personnel and OPCRF of the school heads shall be on August 2, 2022.
2. As stipulated in HROD-2022-1509, School Heads / Raters and Teachers are instructed to manually proceed with the scheduled RPMS Phase 3 (Performance Review and Evaluation) and Phase 4 (Performance Commitment Form and Development Planning) activities using the prescribed OPCRF and IPCRF prescribed in DO no. 2, s. 2015.
