1. With reference to DepEd-NEU Memorandum titled Ratification of the 2021 DepEd- DepEd NEU Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA), the field is hereby informed on the Signature Campaign for the Ratification of the Approved 2021 DepEd- DepEd NEU Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) pursuant to the Public Sector Labor- Management Council requirement.
2. All non-teaching rank-and-file employees shall fill out a link and a hard copy of ratification form shall be printed out per school to accomplish to signify their conformity with the provisions of the subject CNA.
