1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum dated October 13, 2021 re: Guidelines on the Use of Additional Program Support Fund (PSF) for the Reimbursement of the Communication Expenses, the field is hereby informed of the reimbursement of communication expenses for all Teachers I to III and Master Teachers I to IV who were not provided with NEAP communications package.

2. To facilitate the reimbursement of communication expenses, all abovementioned teaching personnel are directed to follow the guidelines enclosed in this memorandum.

3. Submission of reimbursement documents to the Accounting office is on or before September 9, 2022, Friday.

4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
