The schools are directed to claim these items at the lobby of the Division Office on September 01, 2022 from 09:00am to 12:00nn only.
Attached is the number of items that each school shall receive for your reference. All unclaimed items on the schedule mentioned above shall be donated to health workers rendering duties at the vaccination sites of the City.
