In compliance with DepEd Memorandum No. 068, s. 2022, this Office hereby disseminates the enclosed copy of Republic Act No. 11930 dated July 30, 2022, titled “An Act Punishing Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children, Penalizing the Production, Distribution, Possession and Access of Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials, Amending RA 9160, Otherwise Known as the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as Amended and Repealing RA 9775 Otherwise known as the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009”, for the information and guidance of all concerned.
