1. Relevant to Division Memorandum No. 227 s. 2022 re: New School Cluster Assignments, the field is hereby informed of the new school clustering assignments of our Division Dentists and Division Nurses effective August 22, 2022.
2. This is to ensure that the medical and dental health services, as well as the management of COVID-19 response and school health programs will be delivered well to all school personnel and learners in view of the upcoming full resumption of face-to-face classes in the basic education sector of our Division.
3. Enclosed to this Memorandum is the matrix of school clustering with the newly assigned Dentists and Nurses in charge.
4. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
