Last July 26, 2022, the Department of Health launched “PinasLakas”, a nationwide booster vaccination campaign which aims to increase the number of Filipinos who have been given a Covid-19 booster shot. Government agencies including the Department of Education is sharing in the commitment to increase nationwide vaccine efforts.
The City Government of Dasmarinas, headed by Hon. Mayor Jennifer Austria – Barzaga, pledged its support to the said program. Last August 4, 2022, a meeting was conducted with other local agencies to discuss strategies and planned efforts to encourage every Dasmarineno to receive booster shot for a stronger protection against Covid-19.
In line with this, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas instructs all public and private schools to submit a masterlist of all learners, school personnel, and parents who are willing to receive booster doses. The list should be in Excel format, separated by age group, and must be sent to hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before August 16, 2022.
