1. With reference to Section No. 62 of the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (ORAOHRA), the DepEd Learning and Development (L&D) System and DepEd Order No. 32 s. 2011 or the Policies and Guidelines on Training and Development (T&D) Programs and Activities, the field is hereby informed on division capability building for select non-teaching personnel titled Leading the Core on August 18, 2022, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, venue to be announced on a separate memorandum.
2. The activity aims to increase awareness on:
a. environmental issues, specifically single-use plastic products that contributes to climate change;
b. the roles and responsibilities of a public servant;
c. customer service satisfaction thru communication; and
d. act of service thru faith.
3. Enclosed are the list of participants and training matrix for references.
4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
