1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2022 titled Omnibus Guidelines on the Regulation of Operations of the Parent-Teacher Associations, all schools are expected to hold homeroom parent-teacher association (HrPTA) and school parent-teacher association (SPTA) until September 22, 2022 in accordance with the guidelines thereof.
2. The school ELECOM shall use the attached template in submitting the data of the election results for SY 2022-2023 and the submission of election results (hard copy document) shall be on October 1, 2022 through the School Governance and Operations Division.
3. Elections of the Division Federated Parent-Teacher Association (FPTA) For SY 2022-2023 shall be on October 21, 2022 in a venue to be determined prior the schedule mentioned.
4. Enclosed to this Memorandum is the template for submission of election results.
