1. Pursuant to the Division Unnumbered Memorandum re: Conduct of the Division Diagnostic Test for SY 2022-2023, this Office would like to inform the entire City Schools Division of the Consolidated Results of the Division Diagnostic Test for SY 2022-2023.

2. The consolidated Diagnostic Test results provide an overview of the baseline data of learners’ knowledge based on the standard competencies; and since diagnostic tests are formative in nature and type, the results further provide the level of prior knowledge of learners, and their mastery of the pre-requisite/enabling competencies and skills taught in the preceding grade level/s which are related to the competencies and skills of the current grade level.

3. In addition, these consolidated results enclosed in this Memorandum shall guide EPSs and PSDSs in developing and designing instructional intervention and customized technical assistance and support to schools. Moreover, the school (individual) results shall be used by School Heads and Teachers to continue providing classroom instruction and come up with interventions in their respective schools to enrich learning as the School Year progresses.

4. It is understood that the results of the diagnostic test shall be used solely to design appropriate assistance for schools and will not is any way be used to determine school’s performance.
