In order to create a space where the youth will be given the opportunity to learn
about culture through discussions of the traditional and creative arts of the Philippines, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts through the Likhaan: Lunduyan ng Tradisyunal na Sining at Kultura announces the conduct of the LikHaraya 2022.
Interested participants will be taught how to use digital tools so they can create contemporary art such as digital illustrations, comics, animations, films, etc.
