Attached herewith is DepEd Memorandum No: DRRMS-09-21-2022-0001 re: Reiteration on the Monitoring of the Conduct of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services and Activities in line with In- Person Classes for SY 2022-2023.
Accordingly, all teaching personnel who conducted the PSS activities were asked to
administer the Psychosocial Support Evaluation (PSE) which is accessible through the

With this, the DRRMS would like to remind teachers and school heads about the
completion of the response template and reporting form through:

The deadline for the complete submission is on November 4, 2022.
