This Office, through the CID-Alternative Learning System, shall conduct a Quarterly Division Monitoring of ALS Program Implementation on October – November 2022. This activity aims to gather and validate data on the availability and uti1i7-tion of ALS assessment forms, identify the gaps, and consolidate these data for appropriate interventions.
The Division ALS Monitoring Team shall be spearheaded by Education Program Supervisor /ALS Division Focal Person Marites O. Manicio and respective Public School District Supervisor per cluster with the assistance of the two Education Program Specialist II in ALS:
a. Maria Francesca C. Fadri – Clusters I- V Team Leader
b. Serma H. Hernandez – Clusters VI-IX Team Leader
