Relative to the Division Memorandum dated September 19, 2022 titled Reiteration on the Utilization of Updated Template and the Process Flow on the Submission, Review and Release of MOOE – Funded Program of Works, the field is hereby informed of the changes in the Process flow for the submission, review and release of MOOE-funded Program of Works (see Enclosure no. 1)
Moreover, the other pertinent information in the previously issued Memorandum shall still be in force.
Immediate dissemination of and compliance to this Memorandum is directed.
