1. In concurrence with National Library and Information Services Month, the CID- Learning Resource Management Section will conduct the Integrated Library System (ILS) Implementation Rollout on November 25, 2022 (9:00 AM) at Dasmarinas II Central School with a two-day prework activity on November 17- 18, 2022 (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) in preparation for the launch at Dasmariñas Integrated High School. This activity aims to:
a. Finalize the bibliographic records of each school library;
b. Share the established online learning library system of the DepEd Dasmariñas community; and
c. Launch the DepEd Dasmariñas Integrated Library System.
2. Participants in the pre-work activity on November 17-18, 2022 are school teacher-librarians and school library-in-charge in the Division’s elementary, junior, and senior high schools. Participants are required to bring the following for the prework activity: a tablet/ laptop/ or any gadget, a list of patrons/ users for registration with LRN/ employee number, a list of storybooks and other reading materials available in respective schools.
3. Moreover, the implementation rollout on November 25, 2022 shall be attended by CID supervisors, school heads, and selected school teacher-librarians and school library-in-charge.
4. Attached to this Memorandum is the list of participants for the pre-work activity and implementation rollout as well as the program of activities.
5. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
