1. Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 124 issued on November 26, 2001 titled Declaring the 3rd Week of November of Every Year as Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week, this office enjoins all public elementary and secondary schools to organize activities to celebrate the occasion with the theme, “Addressing Drug Challenges in Health and Humanitarian Crises” which emphasizes an urgent and collaborative action to protect the most vulnerable sectors such as the children and youth.
2. Activities relative to this may include, but are not limited to, putting up or displaying tarpaulins and banners in strategic places within the school, conducting announcement during flag ceremony, and integrating poster-making, slogan-making, and essay-writing contests in related learning areas. 3. A brief narrative and pictorial report on the observance of the said event shall
be submitted to hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before November 30, 2022.
4. Immediate and widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
