Updated Contact Information of Regional Offices, Schools Division Office, and Schools, dated November 04, 2022. This is to facilitate dissemination of the allocation list and technical specifications of the Central Office procured goods for delivery to schools, contract implementation monitoring, feedback mechanism, and other procurement-related concerns and communications.
2. Further, it is hereby directed to fill out the form using this link (https: / /tinyurl.com/DepEdSchoolDatabase) on an annual basis or as
necessary, and update it not later than the last week of February of everyyear, the database with the latest contact information of school officials and
personnel particularly: School Head, School Supply Officer or School Property
Custodian, and Inspectorate Team.
3. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this memorandum are directed.
