1. In accordance with DepEd Order No. 2 s. 2015, Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) in the Department of Education (DepEd), the performance review and evaluation shall be done at the end of the performance cycle to assess the office and individual employee’s performance level. The result of the performance review and evaluation shall be used in performance rewarding and planning. Relative to this, a Year-End Performance Review and Planning activity shall be conducted by the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS) on December 16-17, 2022 at The Bayleaf Cavite.
2. The participants to this activity are the OSDS personnel. Please see attached List of Participants for your reference.
3. The participants are advised to bring the copy of their IPCRF for the workshop. Please see attached Programme/Schedule of Activity for your reference.
4. In relation to this, there will be no transaction on units under OSDS such as Administrative Services, Records Unit, Cash Unit, Personnel Unit, Supply Unit, Budget and Accounting Unit, Legal Unit, and ICT Unit on the said schedule.
