Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 051, s. 2022 titled An Order to Support the Department of Health Bakunahang Bayan from December 5 to 7, 2022, the Health and Nutrition Unit of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will conduct COVID-19 first booster vaccination for all division and school personnel who registered through the google link provided by this office.
This activity will be held on December 7, 2022 at the Ground Floor of the Bulwagang Sigasig Building from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Only those who registered through the link will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. All booster recipients must not have any flu-like symptoms and have not received any vaccines for the past 14 days. They are also advised to bring their COVID-19 vaccination cards on the day of the vaccination.
