- This is to reiterate what is stipulated in DO # 47 s. 2016, Omnibus Policy on Kindergarten Education, all elementary schools, as part of the assessment reporting to parents, should issue Kindergarten Progress Report every quarter to serve as summary of the learners’ performance based on all the evidence of learning such as portfolios, checklists and teachers’ online observations, and constant communications with parents.
