Attached herewith is DepEd Memorandum re. Participation in the online survey for the terminal project evaluation of the Development Support Services (DSS) and Technical Assistance (TA) to the DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) to the K to 12 program implemented in partnership with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The participants to these online surveys are as follows:
• 1st set survey questionnaire will require participation of teachers, ICT coordinators and Focal Persons
• 2nd set of survey questionnaire are from the Division Office who were recipients of the ICT packages procured through UNDP.
• 3rd set survey will gather feedback from DepEd field offices and CSO partners at the Regional and Division Level.
