With reference to the issued memorandum no. 121, s. 2020 re: Submission of Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) and Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRF) for the school year 2019-2020, the field is hereby advised through learning and development coordinators to submit the consolidated Individual Development Plan (IDP) as basis of schools and division learning and development plan.
