I. Consistent to the central goal of Division Memorandum No. 05, S. 2020 titled Discovering Heroes: Strengthening Division Partnerships and Linkages and to the delivery of stronger Disaster Risk Reduction Management, this Division officially institutionalizes the assignment of ASP and SDRRM Cluster Focal Persons for every cluster who will serve as support and direct link of the Social Mobilization and Networking Section (SMNS) to the public schools in all activities relevant to Adopt-a-School Program, Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Brigada Eskwela Program.
