Samarita-Domingo, CESO III, Director IV of the National Academy of Science and Technology, Philippines regarding the developed Pl-ISC Virtual Tour App that features the physical exhibits found in the center which includes the avatar of living National Scientists, their own pictures, voices, achievements, and messages to the youth which is available on Google Play and can be downloaded for free. Further, the iOS and website version will be coming on the first quarter of 2021 for the appraisal of the teaching and non teaching personnel with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and regulations.
