In line with this, may we request all public and private elementary and secondary schools to email the following information on the complete name of the school, location coordinates (longitude and latitude), complete address, contact person, number, and email at sgod.dasmacity@deped.gov.ph on or before February 10, 2021. Kindly refer to the attached sample format and guide on determining location coordinates.
