This Office will be subjected to 2nd Surveillance Audit on March 26, 2021. In line with this, all personnel who will be reporting for office on that day are directed to follow the special reporting arrangement. This is pursuant to the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) Resolution No. 104 dated March 20, 2021. Moreover, this is to ensure the safety and protection of all the personnel against the possible infections brought about by the COVID-19 virus.
