1. This Office hereby disseminates the DepEd Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) Memorandum 00-0321-0118 dated March 11, 2021 titled “Online Survey to Evaluate the Implementation of the Weekly Iron with Folic Acid (WIFA) Supplementation in Secondary Schools”
2. All secondary schools in this Division are expected to participate and fill out the questionnaire at http://bit.ly/DepEdDOHWIFASupplementationinPublicHighSchools on or before March 31, 2021. Only one submission per secondary school is expected.
3. Attached is a copy of the aforementioned memorandum for the information and guidance of all concerned.
4. Wide dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum is directed.
