1. To further strengthen program and policy development on school libraries, the Bureau of Learning Resources (BLR) aims to create a comprehensive database of school libraries.
2. In this regard, the school libraries are requested to complete the prescribed form to be cascaded to all school libraries.
3. All school libraries in charge are required to facilitate and accomplish the template with this link: https://tinyurl.com/DSMLibCo12024 on or before August 13, 2024. Supplementary Learning Resources (SLRs) in Learning Area References and General References publication preference is 2014 up to the present.
