1. In reference with the attached DepEd Memorandum No. ICTS-OD-MM-2024-0315 dated July 22, 2024 re: Guidelines on the Delivery and Distribution of DCP Packages 2023 8s 2024, the field is hereby informed that the Schedule of Distribution DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) Package (Laptop for Non-Teaching Personnel) for FY 2024 is on August 9, 2024, at exactly 3:00 pm at the Division Conference Room to be facilitated by the Division IT Officer and Division Property and Supply Officer.
2. Participants in this activity are all DCP Package (Laptop for Non-Teaching Personnel) FY 2024 recipients whose names are attached hereto.
3. Transportation expenses incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be charged against local funds subject to usual government accounting rules and procedures.
4. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance on this Memorandum is desired.
