Relative to Section 8.3.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of RA 9184, the newly installed Officer- In- Charge / School Heads are requested to attend the regular PHILGEPS training to be conducted by e- Blackboards Learning and Solutions, Inc. on March 29- 30, 2021. All participants shall utilize the MOOE fund amounting to Php 2,000 (inclusive of VAT) to register in the virtual training.
