Pursuant to the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service Memorandum DRRMS-03-17- 2021 dated March 17, 2021 re: Publishing Climate Change Articles Written by Participants of the Green Beat Initiative: Online Environmental Journalism Training for Campus Journalists, this Division, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Youth Formation Program, communicates the request to assist the School Paper Advisers for publication and dissemination of students’ written articles on environment to local media outlets including city-wide or division newsletters, school papers or any other print or broadcast form.
