- Based on the Memorandum issued by the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA), this Office clarifies all existing DepEd radios in schools procuring radio transmitter or transreceiver equipment must secure clearance from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) specifically (1) Permit to Purchase, (2) Permit to Possess, (3) Construction Permit, and (4) Radio Station License.
