With the increase in the Alert Level of Taal Volcano due to its unrest, all public schools are instructed to activate SDRRM contingency plan on earthquake/ volcanic eruption. Specifically, SDRRM Coordinators, through their respective school heads, are expected to make necessary precautionary measures (e.g. ensure all windows in classrooms and offices are closed, school vehicles be parked on covered areas) for possible increased unrest which may result to heavy ashfall and other related effects.
