Relative to the forthcoming start of classes for School Year 2021-2022 on September 13, 2021, pursuant to Republic Act No. 11480, the conduct of annual Oplan Balik Eskwela shall be implemented by this Division Office and all the 44 public school under it to assist the stakeholders especially the parents and learners in activities and queries in consonance with the opening of classes.
Anent this, the field is hereby informed of the guidelines of the 2021 Oplan Balik Eskwela through the dissemination of DepEd Memorandum No. 058, s. 2021 which is enclosed herewith.
Furthermore, a separate memorandum on the detailed implementation guidelines of the above program contextualized to this Division shall be issued for the guidance of all schools concerned.
