1. With reference to DM-PHROD-2021-0590,issued by the Office of the Undersecretary for Planning, and Human Resource and Organizational Development regarding the Balik-Probinsya, Bagong Pag-Asa (BP2) Program of the national government which provides mechanisms for letting families to go back to their respective provinces.
2. In facilitating the transfer of learners and teachers from their present station to where they will settle, the DepEd reporting template that will capture quick information of the program which shall include the total number and profile of teachers and learners with their enrollment details.
3. In this connection, all schools are requested to submit a consolidated report on this government program by accomplishing the online google sheet provided in the memorandum through the designated school BP2 Coordinator until August 12, 2021.
4. Bearing in mind the tight timeline on the deadline for submission of the report, the designated school BP2 Coordinator shall prioritize the accomplishment of this report.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
