In addition to Memorandum dated August 3, 2021 re: No On-site Transaction in Personnel Unit, the field is hereby informed that there will also be no on-site transaction in the Records Unit from August 4 – 17, 2021, or until further notice. However, hard copy of documents can still be submitted thru drop box located at the lobby area.
