Relative to the schedule of vaccination of Records Unit personnel on September 27, 2021, the field is hereby informed that there will be no on-site transaction in the Records Unit on September 27-28, 2021, or until further notice. However, hard copy of documents can still be submitted thru drop box located at the lobby area.
For urgent and highly important transactions, clients are also advised to transact and submit documents thru email to records@depeddasma.edu.ph and contact the Records Unit personnel thru 09190805821.
