Attached herewith is a letter from Ms. Michelle Yaon, Woman FIDE Chess Master/President, Millenial Chess Advocates (MCA) re: Invitation for elementary and secondary students from public and private schools for free three (3) hours Basic Chess Training. Participants from participating schools will be provided with free training materials, for your appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
