1. Pursuant to DepEd OUA Memo 00-0921-0236, “Advisory on the Implementation of School- Based Immunization Program for SY 2021-2022”, all elementary and secondary schools are hereby enjoined to support the implementation in collaboration with the Department of Health. This year, the implementation shall shift to Community-Based Immunization (CBI) which will be led by the DOH.
