Relative to DM-HROD-2021-0242 dated September 28, 2021 re: Updating of DepEd Citizen’s Charter for FY 2021 in continued compliance with the law and PBB FY 2021 requirements, the SDO Anti-Red Tape (ART) Focal Persons, Division Chiefs, Section/Unit Heads and the ART Focal persons in the School level are hereby instructed to observe the activities listed below and corresponding schedules/deadlines.
